These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 888live ("Platform", "We", "888live"). 888live conducts periodic verification checks. Registration Information

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 888live account login credentials. This includes:

• Not sharing your password with anyone, including family members
• Do not log in over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks
• Log out of your account after using a shared device
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction

Withdrawal Conditions

General Bonus Principles

Game Results

• All game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed
• For live dealer games, the result announced by the dealer after a round is closed is final
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the records held in the 888live system will serve as the definitive reference

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or software issue during gameplay that prevents the outcome from being determined, 888live will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on system records. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected wager may be voided and the amount returned to the member's account balance.

Sports Betting & E-Sports

For badminton, e-sports, and football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and others), all bets accepted by the 888live system are binding. Match cancellations or schedule changes may affect bet status in accordance with the sport-specific rules stated in the relevant section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888live platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's name, information, or identification
• Bonus abuse: Abusing the bonus system through unauthorised means, such as opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly
• Unauthorised collusion: Two or more players deliberately colluding to drain funds from a poker table or other game (chip dumping)
• Money laundering: Using the 888live platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Exploiting bugs: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Threats & harassment: Sending threats, insults, or harassment to 888live staff or other members through any communication channel

Reports of behaviour suspected to be in breach of these terms may be submitted to the 888live support team via email or live chat. All reports will be investigated confidentially and taken seriously.

888live reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Identity verification failed or submitted documents are found to be fraudulent
• Request by a relevant legal authority or regulatory body
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)

Account Balance Upon Closure

If an account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of terms, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit. This process takes between 3 to 7 business days.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of 888live's terms, all balances including pending withdrawals may be forfeited and 888live reserves the right to recover any losses incurred.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 888live shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on this platform, including winnings not obtained
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in protecting your login credentials

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform
